  5. Many comments have pointed out a desire to convert office to residential. WSM, could you do a presentation on this? Affordable housing is getting difficult to find, as in, for example, the Phoenix area, but would it even be tenable to convert properties in office parks zoned for commercial purposes into housing? It seems like it should be common sense to repurpose empty buildings, but bureaucracies and regulators don’t appear to operate that way.
