  1. The American city crime waves happening everywhere simply aren’t on his radar. No funding will ever be allocated to correct crime because it’s due to progressive policies, and everything, including the crime, is happening according to plan. Certainly, Biden would never reallocate federal funds from Ukraine to affected cities because a) he doesn’t view it a problem b) he won’t acknowledge it since it would counter his lying ad campaign and c) his handlers haven’t indicated to him there are any problems he needs to be directed to acknowledge.
