I thought his job was to introduce legislation his constituents and the Constitution dictate, not abusing his platform by trying to make the citizenry, and their property, beholden to his personal beliefs and the progressive agenda. He’ll do the latter, of course, just like the rest of the social and political elites of California, so thank God someone with power and influence (and integrity and intelligence) called him out for his unethical and illegal actions.

  2. 1:31 Over the top? Don’t go to jail? For introducing illegal and unconstitutional legislation? If it gets passed and later struck down, why wouldn’t he face criminal charges? Furthermore, if he’s responsible for legislation which encourages, and results in, more criminal behavior by…criminals, then why couldn’t and wouldn’t face being charged and sent to prison? It seems like an effective deterrence against our lawmakers engaging in unlawful behavior.
