My sister and brother in law are upper middle class and have done wellfhg, Catholic, kids went to Catholic schools & college, used to be conservative but voted for biden and plan, to do so again, thinking he's doing a good job. They're clueless about the issues, they simply don't care - they're busy working and getting on w their lives. What scares me is I think their (lack of) political situation is nearly universal.
