Bridge is crumbling?? It got hit by a MASSIVE CONTAINER SHIP!! There is virtually nothing on the planet that is going to survive getting smacked by one of those.

That generally is the outcome for the bridge when hit by a container ship. As much as I agree with you about the prior three years, I don’t think there’s a correlation here. Now watch me eat my words when it turns out the Captain was a DEI promotion.

How could this happen?? Whaaa? You know how much momentum that cargo ship has? That thing could have mangled that bridge, and the crew on the bridge of the ship might not even have noticed! That boat would sink an aircraft carrier if it t-boned one. Geez, that bridge isn’t some weak, spindly tinker toy. Sure, it looks like an erector set from a distance, but when you’re driving on it, that bridge is massive.
