  4. If world w 3 is the goal , russia is in a very precarious situation now. There are hardly any police left. China is lurking in the East. Syria gone. Africans are seeing what they are trying to do. SA seems to be quite fed up also. The money has stopped flowing, the bribes don't work anymore.
