See what is going on when russia started to play on energy suppy end. You can expect one day that production supply from China will be payed on as well. We have to know how to survive that crisis before it happens. A lot of people simply cannot continue their work because their equipment is considered "non serviceable", just because producers do not release schematics and prohibit component manufacturers from selling to anyone else.

@_bigbro Ukraine discovered oil and natural gas resources just a couple years ago in the east, big enough to break Russian domination on European market. Russia is ready to spend billions on war to protect this deal, it never was cheap, it was the only option.

@_bigbro Ok, super fake. Maybe it is EU leaded to this all, I don't argue, it doesn't really matter at all. What is important is that at the end we are finding ourselves in a position of strong dependence, where ethical questions have to be answered with a gas deal in one hand. We have to diversify sources of supply, not just energy but also labor and production capacity. Being able to maintain your equipment gives us at least some kind of a buffer.
