  1. birth certificate? ....you mean a paper documenting biological parents? I'm not sure how additive cloning wide spread it is, but issuing false information on such documents should be prohibited. Introduce some pan-European parenthood certificate, but please, don't mess with such fundamental information.

  3.  @DaleHartley  I have nothing against gay people being parents and your assumptions as to me are just rude and stupid. They often will do a much better job, that's why I mentioned passing an exam. Only thing I am against is purposely listing false information on official documents and defying biological track if such exist. Let them write patri dish if this is the case. A parenthood certificate would be a much more meaningful document, if paper is your fetish....feed the bloody bureaucrats, the entire EU is about that. Be a good parent despite them.
