  1. it is not just about income. Formal prohibitions are wrong. By banning Russians, we loose the only way to directly interact with the most important representatives of the nation, not some formal bureaucratic a-holes. We would also loose a feel on their wallets. Unless ... sanctions doesn't work, than yes, better separate the enemy, so our future troops spirit wouldn't be undermined.
