  1. East Europe (Yes, Poland, not central), has this perverted idea of democracy, that the government you choose is a government for majority. Wrong. Government represents everyone. It ought to be chosen by their best ability to represent interests of all minorities, majority decides only about the overall direction and it has to be without violating minorities. .....unless it's corrupted to the bone. Than you need oversight. Judicial system for example....
