I understand confusion at the begining of the war, when you setup an artillery piece 5 km away from a city it sounds as loud as it was just behind your wall, someone would believe it was setup within the city. This was year ago, and russians still can't figure out where to aim? I guess those batteries are not their target. They wouldn't be able to hit them anyway.
