  1. Why to speed up!? A normal procedure is just fine. Just give them tents where they are, there is no point for them to place those tents in the main city squares.

  2.    until than, let's not be like Lukashenko. If they manage to pass the border, they will soon start camping in some city square. And if they supposed to be taken in, now or later, just place them in a proper shelter, asap.
