This is a different case. Cyprus deals with an occupant, they don't recognize concepts of legality in general. This could be solved legally after unification, that is why Turkey wants everyone to agree with two state solution, legalizing their occupation.

That would be so much better if church decided to move this construction without a court case. No remorse, no redemption. On contrary, Palestinians build entire villages illegally, and they don't bother with court cases, they send missiles.

@futureworldwideautomation7105 None of my business, in either case I'm not welcome. Maybe on the surface, but both ideologies treat non members as sub humans. Besides, Palestinian snipers like to shoot to jewish children, so I'm not sure what exactly do you mean by humanity.
