  1. Yes, it is democracy, except that this is the worse democracy you can have. They was taking a row of decisions most of Poles would not agree with for the past 3 years, without asking citizens setting country on a collision course with European organisations and now, when the policy is starting to crush they try to shift the responsibility on the average pol by asking for referendum. If you say, that the only way the opposition could have influence on the agenda is through a military coup, would you still maintain this is a democracy?
