  1. What's the big deal. Dude will be charged with criminal offence, no different than if he attacked a cop, I hope. Who knows, maybe he has some mental package, like Piekarski who killed a polish king one time, and instead sending him to the dungeons for torture, he should be hospitalized on a closed unit.
