  1. Hydrogen is today the best energy storage for home use. Sure, losses are huge, but it is most accessible and cheapest. If you try to build a generator, purity tester and a tank, you can do it with basic skills, and it is one of the safer options. Batteries are expensive and have a short life while hydrogen is always around. I don't care about industrial applications, out of my league, none of my business.
