Migrating is a good thing. I would recommend thou focusing on neighboring countries, rather than Europe. It is way to different here, it takes decades just to catch up to the local culture, even if you speak the language. If you want to continue same way, you will always be perceived as a foreign object. Move to a different city, different country and work to make it better. It will be always more than most of locals do, and they will appreciate that. You move to EU and the effect of your action will always be diminished by cultural difference.
