Comments by "Piotr Misiuna" (@contemporiser) on "'It's a dead end': 100 days since Belarus' election, Lukashenko is still in power. Now what?" video.
Organize referendum in exile, in Russia or in the EU, post in ballot by all the citizens weather they request foreign assistance. It seams the people cannot count on national military and police elites to bring stable relation of the state, they are just as rotten as the head of this fish.

@kukulroukul4698 If Belarusian people expect any help from outside, other countries need a solid justification of any action, otherwise it is inside problem. Human rights are great justification for intervention, North Korea would be 'liberated' long time ago if that was enough. EU is not USA and Belarus has no oil. Poland regained it's independence after over 100 years of occupation by creating army in exile.

FirstEastern Perspective Maybe I'm naive, but I don't think Russia is not the enemy here. It is big and scary but if you act with respect, they could actually accelerate the process. They will not benefit from deepening this crisis and every intervention will come at very high cost. Right now Lukashenko's regime takes all the costs pulling the country deeper and deeper into recession. Soon we will hear about borrowing money, this way Russia would gain stronger claims, but buying bankrupt country is not good for them either. Before that is a time for the recognized officials to show their ability to maintain international relations without illegitimate government. Russia included.

@command_unit7792 Poland used to have a defense treaty before WWII but it didn't save it from soviet crimes ... or nazis. At least we managed to get rid of the nazis on this side.
