  1. Why? because salmon is not a characteristic, it is a fish. I don't like vegan wings anywhere around. I want vegetarian dishes that stand out because they are different than meat, and if they taste great, I need no meat.

  3.  intempify  it is sneaky and lazy way.... you forgot thou soy milk, and almond milk.

  4.  intempify  It is not a problem of a vocabulary here. You would never buy a coconut milk by mistake, or a dishonest producer would not be able to market one in place of the other. You can easily do this in the gray zones. We used to have something in Poland called cacao, that had about 3% of natural cacao in it. In the extreme we had hot dog sausages where as a filler they used mashed toilet paper. How much of a wiener is it after all?
