I know Chinese presence in Africa during past decades brought more stability and growth than, European and especially US. Africa always had issues with violence, and white white west just fueled, exposed and amplified those issues. I do not see how Turkish or Russian influences would be any different from the west, they are even more imperialistic in their actions than the Europe.

@theancientsancients1769 Great. I hope that their effort will result in Somalia's self reliance, that they will learn how to do business with everyone and become a true global player and not just a puppet of for example US pretending to be their BF.
