@smmn2856 You seam to know much better, respect. I wouldn't reach for judgement of what happened even if I had an eye witness I'm not qualified. You need to go and tell them to the court when he will sue them for misconduct.

@shushuyu You can never know, maybe I am, what would that change if I told you. If the problem is systemic we need to work towards changing the system. Resisting brainwashed idiot that was given a simple task of detaining you does nothing to bring that change. You just give that idiot justification of his action. Because of violence on both sides, buddies will stand by their own buddies. I understand BLM and support claims, but honestly, dude like Floyd did not need to die. You need another Jesus? they will get you one. Any volunteers? it's on you my friend.

'is like' is not the same as 'is'. Once you confronted police, you enter a gray zone, police has right to use violence, you do not. Was the use of it excessive and unreasonable? even a judge need an investigation to answer that. Jumping into conclusions and acting upon them is a reason why they want to introduce this new laws.
