  1. If more people was allowed to do PV installations grid would not be overlhelmed. We are dealed with conservative managers in Cyprus for decades now, only recently something pushed the agenda forward. Now we are stuck in yet another struggle with hybrid systems. We made 3 installations half a year ago, finally a few weeks ago e managed to review and approve them by the engineers, but the final decisions are still hung in a limbo. Even if we met all the requirements, systems are sealed without official reason why or when could they start producing power.
