  2. You have no point. Police is trained to capture people who are shocked, under influence or insane in a very effective way to not cause more harm to them. It requires will to make them dead, when they are able to communicate.

  4. I don't think so. UK is much more aware of what is going on in USA. Finally people begin to understand that racism is an elite construct, and working class has nothing to gain by supporting that. Upper class keeps their knee on the necks of all of us.
