Belgium has no means to repay. They have no diamond mines and such. The only value they could bring to Kongo is technology and education. I doubt it could be done in Congo, they need to bring that from Belgium. I know some Congolese and they are really divided. They say that if I go to Congo I will have no problem to get a higher paid job, because I am white. Rich people prefer to hire foreigners for some reason. Of course everything because of "racism" and "corruption", anything just not to take any blame and start clean.
