since they killed messenger lite and blocking fluff on mobile facebook is not possible, I just turned myself (and whoever wants to keep in touch with me) to telegram. As a bonus no one is tracking your communication. This may seam as an inconvenience, but actually is a very good way of clearing your "friends" list of anyone who think so little of you that would not even install a free app.
