The current arrangement where the Palestinian territories in the West Bank are scattered, a minority in the land and hard to travel between is unacceptable as it is, and it's been overshadowed by Gaza. Unfortunately, it's not enough for Israel, and countries like Germany will throw their weight around to let them do whatever they want.
