  1. Halogens are probably not any cheaper for the manufacturer anymore but anything they can do to make a car seem cheaper to incentivize people to upgrade I guess

  2. No. They're still selling the old 500 in the petrol hybrid version for some time but there won't be a petrol version of this new generation.
