  1. I really despise the removal of physical climate control buttons, awful design for ergonomics. But I know for a fact that a lot of motoring journalists will ignore it despite ragging on the French for doing it. But Volkswagen has just done it even worse because the few buttons that still exist are touch sensitive gloss panels.
