  1.  @alpenjodel24  What do you mean Opel? I mean GM was really close to killing Opel because they were unprofitable under GM but now under PSA Opel is profitable again.

  5. Cost Cutting. It's impossible to cut corners and get A+ results, but GM sure tries in chase of infinite growth, and thus brands decline due to cheap quality and every car being the same despite the brand. GM would probably be stable if they let each brand have their own identity which would lead to more sales at higher production cost, but that's not profitable enough thus where we are today, at least that's as far as I've understood. They were so close to killing Opel/Vauxhall too, but PSA has turned them profitable now.
