  1. Your opinion doesn't sound strange, I think you'll find that a lot of people would agree with you. However a lot of people would argue that hard work is only a small part of the equation, when these people are born into circumstances (not of their own fault, mind you) that allow them to reap benefits out of hard work. But yes, education is extremely important to reducing the inequality.

  2. I mean income inequality inherently isn't bad (at least I don't think and most people might agree) but it's rather the extent of it.

  4. The problem really is that it's human nature to think in extremes so it's either full blown communism or pure capitalism. It doesn't have to be either.
