Unfortunately a lot of the bings and bongs are just standard on all cars, not even because of regulations necessarily but because companies want a full 5-star NCAP score, albeit the speed limit one is a regulation. Some cars luckily make this stuff easier to turn off than others, others don't let you turn anything off.
