  1. Makes sense, Peugeot/Citroën didn't continue the Aygo/108/C1 line so this new Aygo had to be based on the current Yaris instead

  2. It's a Fashion accessory kind of like the Opel Adam Rocks was, but it's not practical nor that usable compared to other much nicer to daily (and cheaper) models like the Picanto or i10. The Picanto is apparently really fun to drive too, and feels like a bigger car than it is and you can get it with the rapid turbo engine.
