  1. I think she's viewed as a worse person than most "other woman"s because she also cheated on her own husband and ruined her own family as well. Both the mistress and the dead husband were married.

Maybe it didn't come through well enough in this video, but the mistress in the video had her own family, her own husband and consciously accepted that man's advances and did nothing to stop it yet she calls it simply "straying" and says she only thought she didn't deserve a younger guy when he kissed her, not how inappropriate it was for her boss to kiss her when they were both married. She wasn't simply an 'other woman' who slept with a married man, she was married as well and ruined her own family as the now dead husband ruined his.
