The leap from getting kicked out of your parents house (who were letting you stay there out of the kindness of their hearts after you betrayed their trust hugely) to murdering your entire family is just unfathomable. It scares me that people have brain chemistry like this... Not even to get anything out of it like people who murder for property, inheritance or life insurance or betrayal.
