  3. Dutch isn't a widely spoken language. French is spoken as a mother tongue and as a second language all around the world in the americas, europe and africa. Dutch? The netherlands and a variation in Belgium.

  8. gtabro1337 Okay to be fully honest if you're going somewhere as a tourist you should know how to ask where an exit is in the native language. I don't go to germany expecting them to speak finnish. If they want to speak english to you good for you good for them but it's sort of dickish to go somewhere and expect them to talk your language instead of you bothering to learn a couple simple phrases.
