Kia already makes the light cluster for all of the rest of the world with amber turn signals in the lower part (what looks like a textured chrome strip) that's basically invisible most of the time, but instead they specifically make a different version for the US/(can) market where the brake lights flash instead. Why exactly was this necessary, Kia?
