  2. Think about it in practice for a second: Two people of the female sex enter the women's bathroom, because they're now legally forced to. One person has a deep masculine voice, broad shoulders, a sharp jawline, a bulge in their pants and a full grown beard. This makes the other person who just entered the bathroom with them very uncomfortable, because clearly a man just entered the women's bathroom. But they're both of the female sex? But everything outwards at first impression points to those two people being different genders. Do you see how sex and gender are two different things?
