There are many countries with a much more skilled labor force at lower wages where china's manufacturing is and will continue to flee to. State subsidies will not save china's return to Mao-ist times, meaning very poor again. It's a developing country that is going in reverse regardless of their #slopaganda and their paid trolls' child-like rhetoric. Very bad for their future. Very good for other countries though.

Foreign exchange rate is what the world thinks your currency is worth, and when China has Trillions of Dollars in unpaid bonds (what they owe individuals, companies, and even countries), when the currency continues falling and falling and falling and falling, the original amount you borrowed becomes impossible to pay off, meaning bankrupt. There is no US equivalent to try and use because the US dollar is the world's reserve currency and also, China is still a developing country, meaning many many many many poor people live there. 600 million according to former top gov't economist, Li Keqiang.
