  2. With the amount of drainage issues, sewage issues and absolutely horrible construction practices on the mainland, it seems insane to want more subways. The CPC's over building of high speed rail is already costing the country 1 trillion dollars per year just to look like a modern, 1st world country so this communist thinking (or complete lack of) is spot on here.
