This is the 'Zimbabwification' of the mainland economy, meaning dissolution of the current nation-state, meaning it's completely and utterly failed in every aspect of a viable country. Xi is too weak a leader to have powerful CCP educated economists expose his lies, so Li had to go. That is a terrified dictator whose days are extremely numbered.
