The US has done 1,032 tests from the Trinity test until present day (almost 80yrs) and the USSR/Russia has done 727 tests. Russia has denotated far more kilotons at 296,837 versus the US at 196,514 kilotons. Meaning, Russia has denotated 54.9% of nuclear yields worldwide versus the US at 36.3%. @dra6o0n don't feel too bad. A portion of my taxes last year went to a $100 million dollar grant for 'women's studies' in Pakistan, not making this up. Pakistan is a majority Islam country, so they probably pocketed most of the money and used the rest to study how to further supress women's rights.
