  5. Let me ask you a question, I was tested a few years for vitamin D and I had a shortage, I got to take 25.000 units but as soon as I take them I have a bad feeling in my body, rush, anxiety etc. So I stopped with it it and am fine.All I hear vit D has no adverse effects, but I do get it .
