Never trust anyone to be on your side, use your brain and never ever rely on banks or government. If you do you're gone. Better lend money from the mob, either they kill you or molest you but chances are they could be lenient you being dead is not in their interest, attracting too much cops. On the other side a bullit and you're out of your misery

  8.  @richardsanchez9190  sure but if survival mode last decades it will harm your physical and mental health,I experienced it first hand that it had a huge impact on my physical health. And having savings means that sooner or letter it's all gone, without an income and not being able to generate income you are out of options at the end,especially if you have no family or a spouse,friends, but even friends can't take care for you.They have a life of their own.Those vultures need to realize that the costs of homelessness and having so many people without healthcare will ultimately cost them more. I don't think that when you live in a bigger city in US and have 10 dollar an hour job or so can afford to save any money.If you go to long with a surviving mode you end what soldiers in a warzone experience a ptss situation. I know what I am talking about, your physical health deteriorates. People who haven't been in that situation have no clue what it means to be in a surviving mode. You just better of run over by a truck
