  1.  @sensationalloops225  They borrow for mutual benefit! The Africans pay in resources, not like West, they loan money, their companies do the job, and steal the nations in Africa and impose their way of living, dealing and have them so indebted they never recover.

  2. Chinese philosophy very different than the Western, firstly they don't impose their way of life nor views. They don't preach, the Chinese love to do business and to have both sides benefit.Yes they want to earn money but their approach is different. After centuries Africa dealing with the West has been poor and only got more poorer.
