  1. I miss a couple of things here, what about stress and what about the way we think and the relationship this has on our body. Positive thinking can have a hell of an impact on our health. Bacteria in our gut communicates with our brain and Idon't agree that we shouldn't eat fats or meat, we need that it's essential, But we should not overdo it.
