I agree, but then again when you eat natural sugars not processed it's healthier than eating sugars that are processed and in sauces, drinks, chips, cookies etc you name it, because you get more than the amount per meal than the daily dose. So if sugar 10 teaspoons a day is ok, you get 3x that amount in one meal only! So avoid packaged food, ready to go stuff, prepare your own fresh food and you are ok, avoid stress at all times, stress is far deadly than sugars but both of them makes it worse. I experienced that first hand, avoid coffee and tea, it get's blood pressure up. Avoiding sugars I lost 15 kg and I am 1,5 year very stable weight wise , around 80 kg, 1/2 kg up kg down and I feel ok, blood pressure is 120/80. I also take dark chocolate 85% small bits. Taking sugars and salty stuff rises my blood pressure. I am not saying everybody should d o what I do, but try to listen to your body. I also drink milk whey, not in powder but real deal, buy it at the local cheese maker, drink it 2x a day a glass, it improved my kidneys
