  1. American style is to market to America. Major obj is to sell to people who do not eat raw fish. (Or they can get a sushi grade fish.) However, Japanese do eat them but you just don't call it sushi. They are custom makizushi sushi. You are not find in normal Japanese restaurant. Why would them? However, you can find in America style restaurant in Tokyo.(Just why would you go?)
