  2. World war those country bother everyone and after the war so many country help with their rebuild and now they become a main economy set up EU... But we don't let country to high debt come... They won't had that much debt if you did not go to war on first place..(other spending as well but they are small country.... ).that why they had to do business avoiding tax... in the end everyone got fucked.. get used to it...
