they are corrupt before in power... that area was from warzone on first palce... peace with corrupt just a price they had to paid to get thier life to normal.. don't mean it is.. before that bomb happen... this is too much a accident.. feeling like that resource was send then.. knowing it would stuck.. knowing that it would not able to left the country since they can reorder... left there for 7 years before it was explsion.. so to get country back to fight...
