  4. you need to close it so it easy to cool in summer.. it still a small house so yeah i would like it that way... this a man who put a bath next to his bed so i doubt he care much about logic.... the house seem to be most testing design and prove of concept....

  7. na... it is normal it is hard to get approved build design that different than other building in area... in other word you need a committee permission... which mean you need to do favour for them...
